Pool Overview
CFTC Regulation 4.7-exempt commodity pool trading exchange-listed index futures only. Systematic, automated trading strategy utilizing predefined quantitative parameters. Participation is limited to Qualified Eligible Persons (QEPs).
Management
The pool is operated by Phoenix Agentics Capital Management LLC, a commodity pool operator relying on the exemption provided by CFTC Regulation 4.7. Trading decisions are implemented through rule-based, systematic processes under continuous human supervision. No individualized investment advice is provided.
Technology Integration
The pool utilizes a licensed third-party software platform for signal generation and execution support. Software is provided on an arms-length basis by EPIC Agentic AI LTD. Phoenix Agentics Capital Management LLC retains full responsibility for strategy design, risk controls, parameter selection, and trade supervision.
